You can share an item from your inventory as a card in chat. Lucky drops worth at least twice the case price (and at least $2,000) are announced automatically. Moderators clean up abuse and spam, and the profanity filter catches abbreviations too.

To keep troll accounts out, you need to have opened at least 10 cases to write in chat. Messages arrive live; there's no need to refresh.
